Refund Policy

Because every book is printed specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

Printed Right Promise: If any book arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will print and ship a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a refund for the affected item if you prefer.

Lost orders: If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement if it was lost in transit.

Digital bonuses are non-refundable once delivered.
